The project of BBLeap with Washington State University will introduce two technologies in Washington State: LeapBox and LeapEye. LeapBox is an innovative nozzle system that consists of hardware, electronics and software that controls nozzles that can be used to spray small surfaces (10 x 10 inch), at the right time, in the right position and with exactly the right amount of liquid. LeapEye is an innovative and intelligent camera system that can be mounted on the sprayer for real-time, plant-specific treatment. Field tests in Washington State are planned for 2024.
